Comprehensive Solutions for Mental Wellness in Nigeria

At Medela Health, we are committed to addressing Nigeria's most pressing mental health challenges through targeted, evidence-based, and culturally sensitive interventions. Mental health is a cornerstone of well-being and a critical public health issue.

Recognising the urgent need for impactful solutions, we have launched the Medela Mental Health Programme, a comprehensive initiative tailored to empower individuals, support communities, and equip professionals to address mental health needs effectively.

This programme is designed to provide holistic solutions for the 10 most common mental health illnesses in Nigeria, in partnership with healthcare organisations, NGOs, and government agencies. These illnesses include depression, anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), substance use disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder( ADHD), eating disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and dementia.

Through collaboration, we ensure that those affected by these conditions receive validated online assessment tools, culturally appropriate care, and access to innovative resources. Together, we are transforming mental health care in Nigeria. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
